Job Description:
To manage EMS / ODM / JDM business with locations in France concentrating on Tier 1 customers Sagemcom, Technicolor and Free.
This is a demanding role requiring extensive travel when possible and customer visits in and out of France. It requires an assertive, self-motivated individual of 
very high calibre, who must possess outstanding communications (English and, ideally French), persuasion and presentation skills as well as PSU technical knowledge.
The main purpose of the role is to:
  • To work/lead in the Tier 1 Customer Account Management Teams and manage the French locations as well and work with Asia teams for those locations.
  • Support for on-going business using close relationships with Project Development Team, including project expediting, technical understanding and QA reporting
  • Develop and communicate with customers at all levels including Management, Purchasing, Project Management, Engineering and Quality teams.
  • Ensure the high standards of NetBit ethical working is understood and  followed in all markets and areas
  • Formally and frequently feedback market intelligence that assists strategic and capability planning.
  • Exceed the mutually agreed sales targets.
  • Identify potential targets and qualify them as prospects where we have capacity.
  • Increase business from existing accounts.
  • Manage a professional response to all RFI’s/RFQ’s promptly.
  • Contribute and comment on Customer Account Maps: build and transfer knowledge so that we know the customers better than our competition do, including their market, products, organisation, future plans, etc.
  • Complete any Agreements needed in conjunction with the Management Team.
  • Manage the transfer of new customers/projects to Order Fulfilment Team.
  • Participate in the planning and preparation of prospect visits to factories.
  • Participate in producing monthly reports to track business past and future.
  • Perform any other duties as may be required by the company from time to time.
