Board of Directors
The Board of Directors meets once per month to conduct the business of the Association. Ten of the monthly meetings are conducted by teleconferencing, normally on the third Friday of each month at 10am Central Time. The September meeting is normally held at the site of the up-coming APEC Conference.
The Annual Meeting is held in conjunction with the APEC Conference. Each member company is notified in advance regarding the specific location, date, time and agenda of the meeting.
Committees meet on an "as needed" basis. Contact the committee chair to determine specific meeting dates for a particular committee.
