The CPSS & PSMA Joint Workshop on Power Supply Industry Innovation Running in Parallel with CPSSC'2017

he 22nd China Power Supply Society Conference (CPSSC'2017) will be held in Shanghai, China, Nov. 3-6, 2017. Convened biennially, CPSSC'2017 is considered  the largest, highest-level and most representative academic conference of power supplies in China. It has attracted over than 460 papers this year, and is expected to have more than 1,000 people. The attendees will exchange ideas and discuss extensively the new theories, technologies, achievements and processing in various fields of the power supply industry through plenary lectures, tutorials, technical sessions, industry seminars, poster sessions, and a new product exhibition. The conference will promote technological innovation and advancement in China's power supply industry.

Based on the topics above, CPSSC'2017's program will include 7 invited plenary speeches, 8 tutorials, 40 technical sessions, 8 industry sessions, 2 poster sessions, and 50-enterprise exhibitions. The Final of the Student Design Competition on Power Electronics 2017, the 4th China Power Supply Society Science & Technology Award Ceremony and Achievements Show, the Youth Power Supply Scientific Researcher Forum and other activities will also be held at the same time.

During the conference, in particular, there will be a Workshop on Power Supply Industry Innovation, hosted jointly by China Power Supply Society (CPSS) and Power Sources Manufacture Association (PSMA) The workshop aims at promoting  China-U.S. cooperation in multiple areas of the power supply industry, exploring the development trends of power supply technology in the future based on the current development status in the two countries while pushing forward the growth in the power supply industry in both China and the U.S. High-ranking leaders from both organizations, senior management staff and senior engineers from the Chinese and the U.S. member companies will attend the workshop.
