Don't Miss the PSMA Annual Meeting At | |||||||||

he 2013 PSMA Annual Meeting will be held in conjunction with APEC 2013 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Long Beach, CA on Monday March 18. A buffet breakfast at 8:00 a.m. will precede the meeting and individuals from member companies as well non-member guests are invited to attend and participate in a full agenda of topics of interest to the industry. Regular member company representatives will participate in the election of four new Directors to serve on the PSMA Board for a three-year term beginning immediately and ending at APEC 2016. The agenda for the meeting will include reports from each of the committees and discussions on PSMA initiatives for 2013 and beyond. In addition there will be informative presentations from invited guest speakers on topics of interest to our members and others in the power sources industry. The detailed agenda will be posted on the PSMA web site. Members and guests are also invited to remain for the Board of Directors meeting that will immediately follow the Annual Meeting. Participation in these meetings will provide you with the opportunity you to network with colleagues from other companies and to influence the direction of the PSMA and the industry. The best way to get more out of your company membership in PSMA is to become involved in one of the active committees. The Alternative Energy, Capacitor, Energy Efficiency, Energy Harvesting, Industry-Education, Magnetics, Marketing, Nanotechnology and Packaging committees all plan to hold open meetings during the week of APEC 2013. All are invited to participate or to just drop in to listen and provide input as the activities are being planned for the coming year.
The PSMA Technical Committees have organized seven Industry Sessions for APEC 2013. You can find out about them at http://www.psma.com/conferences/APEC. We look forward to meeting and talking with you at the PSMA booth located in the exhibition area. Based on the increased numbers of technical papers and companies that will be exhibiting, this APEC will be the biggest and best ever and you should plan to be part of it.
