In the light of growing concerns on the COVID-19 pandemia, Chairs of GPECOM2020 and technical co-sponsors, IEEE, IEEE Region8, IEEE Turkey Section, IEEE IAS, IEEE IES, and IEEE PELS have decided not to move forward with the in-person event scheduled for October 20-23, in Izmir, Turkey.
After much thoughtful deliberation and approval of technical co-sponsors, we have reached a consensus on moving GPECOM2020 to fully virtual. The conference dates will remain same, on October 20-23, 2020.
