Call for Papers and Tutorials Now Open for the 13th Annual IEEE Workshop on Wide Bandgap Power
Sponsored by IEEE, PSMA, IEEE-PELS, and IEEE-EDS and supported by academia, industry, and national laboratories, WiPDA 2026 is a must-attend event for anyone working at the intersection of semiconductor innovation and high-efficiency power conversion. Why Attend WiPDA? WiPDA 2026 brings together the global power electronics community to explore the latest advances in wide bandgap (WBG) semiconductor technologies, including gallium nitride (GaN), silicon carbide (SiC), and next-generation ultra-wide bandgap materials. As demands for higher efficiency, greater power density, and more sustainable energy systems continue to accelerate, WBG devices are enabling new possibilities across electric mobility, renewable energy, AI infrastructure, aerospace, industrial systems, and grid modernization.
